・✿ About Tracy ✿・

Hello~

I’m a Vietnamese American artist based in Seattle. I create art rooted in healing, emotional resilience, and reclaiming self-expression.

As a survivor of CSA and SA, I started creating art at 15 as a way to process experiences I didn’t yet have the words or support to navigate this journey. What began as a personal outlet eventually became a mission: to create work that helps others feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.

I believe healing begins when we stop hiding the parts of ourselves we’ve been taught to feel ashamed of. Through my art, I hope to spark meaningful conversations, encourage self-acceptance, and remind people that their stories matter.

Every piece I create is an invitation to embrace vulnerability, celebrate authenticity, and reclaim your voice on your own terms. Whether you’ve experienced trauma, are navigating your own healing journey, or simply believe in the power of honest expression, I’m grateful you’re here!

With light and love,

Tracy

She is a symbol of love, safety, and sacred femininity, she has quietly evolved over the years while remaining rooted in her essence. She nurtures, protects, and reminds us that softness is not weakness. With a grounding presence, she offers a sanctuary for healing, inviting us to return home to our bodies, our truth, and the self-worth that has always belonged to us.

SA survivors unite.

⋆᯽ My Purpose ᯽⋆

I am on a mission to shed light on the mental health challenges faced by survivors of sexual abuse, both men and women. While there are other issues we aim to address, like societal dynamics, body stigmas, and gender role expectations, it's crucial to openly discuss the potential harm caused by generalizations based on gender.

Our advocacy extends to all genders, welcoming survivors to share their experiences free from judgment, prejudice, and expectations. Our commitment is to create a safe space, both emotionally and physically, encouraging everyone to speak up and be heard.
