In this photo is Tracy Nguyen. The founder and artist of Puss N Toots

Tracy C. Nguyen

Tracy Nguyen is a Vietnamese American artist based in Seattle whose work centers on healing, emotional resilience, and reclaiming self-expression. A survivor of CSA & SA, she began creating art at 15 as a way to process pain in the absence of therapeutic support. Her pieces break from tradition—bold, honest, and deeply personal—inviting others to connect with their own healing journeys. Through her creative practice, Tracy fosters empowerment, vulnerability, and the transformative power of telling your story on your own terms!

The Origin of Puss N Toots

Ever spotted the name Puss N Toots in the city and wondered what it is all about?

A symbol of love, safety, and sacred femininity. Over the years, she has quietly evolved, but her essence remains the same: she nurtures, protects, and reminds us that softness is strength. With her grounded presence, she holds space for healing—for coming home to the body, to truth, and to self-worth.

SA survivors unite.

Purpose & Mission

I am on a mission to shed light on the mental health challenges faced by survivors of sexual abuse, both men and women. While there are other issues we aim to address, like societal dynamics, body stigmas, and gender role expectations, it's crucial to openly discuss the potential harm caused by generalizations based on gender.

Our advocacy extends to all genders, welcoming survivors to share their experiences free from judgment, prejudice, and expectations. Our commitment is to create a safe space, both emotionally and physically, encouraging everyone to speak up and be heard.
