Shipping Policy 

Although your order confirmation may state shipping is within 7–10 days, that estimate is automatic and cannot be changed at this time.

We are currently a few months backed up on online orders due to high demand and the handmade nature of our products. 

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a separate confirmation email with tracking information.

Refund Policy 

Art is non-refundable 

Attention

Our shop will be closed June, July & August 2026 for Pride Events. You will be able to put in the order but you will not receive your art until mid September 2026. If you are ordering for a birthday or a special event, please email us at pussntootsofficial@gmail.com.
